Professional Pest Management Built Around Your Facility
Commercial pest problems can damage your property, interrupt operations, create health concerns, and affect how customers, employees, patients, tenants, or visitors view your business.
ATC Pest Control provides commercial pest control services for businesses and organizations throughout our service area. Nearly every pest management service we offer residential customers is also available for commercial properties, with treatment plans developed around the actual conditions, needs, and requirements of each facility.
Whether you need ongoing pest management, help with an active infestation, termite protection, bed bug services, rodent control, wildlife services, mosquito treatments, or another specialized service, our team can develop a program around your property.

Every property is different. We evaluate the structure, pest activity, surrounding environment, sanitation conditions, entry points, occupancy, operational needs, and other contributing factors before determining the appropriate approach.
Modern Pest Control Is More Than Chemicals
At ATC Pest Control, chemical application is only one tool available to us — and whenever practical, it is not our first choice.
Many of the services we provide incorporate advanced equipment, monitoring systems, exclusion work through ATC Home Pros, thermal technology, inspection technology, mechanical controls, sanitation recommendations, and other non-chemical or reduced-chemical approaches.
Our goal is to solve the pest problem while minimizing unnecessary pesticide use.
When products are needed, we select materials and application methods based on the pest, the environment, the property, and the people occupying the facility.
For facilities with specific chemical-use requirements, we can often develop alternative approaches.
For example, many healthcare and institutional facilities are working to reduce conventional pesticide use for bed bug management. ATC Pest Control has thermal treatment technology that allows us to address many bed bug infestations using heat rather than relying solely on traditional chemical treatment.
The right approach depends on the situation, which is why we maintain multiple treatment options instead of forcing every property into the same program.
Safety Comes First
Certain pest situations may require products or application methods with additional regulatory, access, or safety requirements.
When a restricted-use material or other treatment requiring special precautions is necessary, we coordinate the service with the appropriate facility contacts before treatment.
This may include:
- Establishing treatment areas
- Coordinating access and scheduling
- Communicating re-entry requirements
- Protecting employees, customers, patients, residents, pets, or other occupants
- Providing product or treatment information when required
- Coordinating with facility management or safety personnel
- Following applicable label, regulatory, and safety requirements
We want everyone involved to understand what is being done, why it is being done, and what precautions are required.
Full-Service Commercial Pest Control
Commercial customers have access to ATC Pest Control’s broad range of pest management services.
General Pest Control
Management of common commercial pests including ants, spiders, cockroaches, flies, crickets, stinging insects, and other nuisance pests.
Rodent Control
Inspection, control, monitoring, and recommendations for mice and rats, including identifying structural and environmental conditions contributing to activity.
Termite Services
Commercial termite inspections, preventative programs, active termite treatments, annual termite protection, and Wood-Destroying Insect Reports when required.
Bed Bug Services
Inspection and treatment options for commercial properties dealing with confirmed or suspected bed bug activity, including advanced thermal treatment options.
Flea & Tick Services
Interior and exterior treatment options depending on the property, pest activity, and environmental conditions.
Mosquito Control
Seasonal mosquito management for commercial properties with outdoor areas where mosquito activity is a concern.
Stinging Insects
Treatment of yellow jackets, wasps, hornets, and other stinging insects when treatment is appropriate.
ATC does not treat honey bee colonies. We help with identification and referral to a beekeeper or removal specialist.
Wildlife, Bird & Bat Services
Inspection and control options for nuisance wildlife, birds and bats, when appropriate and permitted. Exclusion work is performed through ATC Home Pros, with repair needs coordinated as appropriate.
Specialty Pest Services
Commercial environments sometimes present pest problems that do not fit neatly into a standard service category.
If you are dealing with an unusual pest problem, contact us. Our team handles considerably more than the typical list of household and commercial pests.
Wildlife exclusion and structural repair services are coordinated through ATC Home Pros.
We Work With Your Requirements — Without Losing Sight of the Goal
Commercial facilities often have internal policies regarding pesticide use, treatment areas, scheduling, documentation, sensitive environments, or approved treatment methods.
That does not automatically present a problem for us.
Because ATC Pest Control utilizes a wide range of treatment methods and technologies, we can often develop a program that works within a facility’s requirements while still effectively addressing the pest problem.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss those requirements before beginning service.
At the same time, any pest management program has to allow for an effective solution.
If a particular restriction prevents us from safely or effectively correcting the problem, we will explain the concern and discuss alternative options rather than simply performing a service that we do not expect to succeed.
Our goal is to work with your organization while still providing the level of pest management you hired us to provide.
We Focus on Solving the Problem — Not Just Servicing the Account
A commercial pest control program should do more than generate a service ticket every month.
Our technicians look for the reason pest activity is occurring.
That can include:
- Structural entry points
- Moisture conditions
- Sanitation issues
- Storage practices
- Landscaping or exterior conditions
- Plumbing or drainage issues
- Food sources
- Harborage areas
- Building deficiencies
- Operational conditions contributing to pest activity
When we identify a contributing condition, we will tell you.
Sometimes pest control requires treatment. Sometimes it requires exclusion. Sometimes it requires a change within the facility. Often, the best solution involves a combination of all three.
We would rather identify and correct the source of a problem than repeatedly treat the symptoms.
When exclusion or structural repairs are part of the solution, we coordinate that work through ATC Home Pros.
We Do Not Currently Participate in Competitive Bidding
ATC Pest Control does not currently participate in traditional commercial bidding or lowest-bid contract programs.
We prefer to evaluate the actual needs of the property and provide pricing based on the service required to properly manage it.
Commercial pricing may be affected by:
- Property size and complexity
- Pest pressure
- Frequency of service
- Monitoring requirements
- Treatment methods
- Documentation requirements
- Access and scheduling
- Sensitive environments
- Equipment requirements
- Technician time
- Additional specialty services
We are interested in providing the right service for the property, rather than designing a pest management program around being the lowest number on a bid sheet.
Customized Commercial Programs
Commercial pest control is rarely one-size-fits-all.
Some facilities need routine preventative service. Others may need more frequent inspections, monitoring devices, exterior service, rodent management, exclusion work, specialized treatments, or seasonal services.
Facilities such as healthcare environments, food-service operations, industrial properties, multi-family housing, and hospitality facilities can also have very different operational requirements.
We build our recommendations around those differences.
As conditions change, the pest management program can change with them.
Documentation & Communication
Commercial accounts may require additional documentation and communication. Depending on the needs of the facility, we can work with reasonable requirements for:
- Service reports
- Pest activity documentation
- Treatment records
- Product documentation
- Technician recommendations
- Property-management communication
- Scheduling and access coordination
- Certificates of insurance when required
- Follow-up recommendations
- Facility-specific pest management requirements
If your company or organization has specific vendor, treatment, documentation, or pesticide-use requirements, let us know when requesting service so we can discuss them with you.

Commercial Pest Control FAQs
How often will my facility need service?
Frequency depends on pest activity, facility use, monitoring needs and the conditions at the property. We recommend a schedule after discussing and evaluating those needs, and adjust it as conditions change.
Can you accommodate restrictions on pesticide use?
We can often offer alternative approaches using inspection, monitoring, thermal technology, mechanical controls and corrective recommendations. Tell us your requirements before service. If a restriction prevents an effective or safe solution, we will explain the concern and discuss alternatives.
Will we need to close or vacate the treatment area?
That depends on the treatment, application method and required precautions. We coordinate access, scheduling and any re-entry requirements with your facility contacts before treatment. Some services require occupants to leave the affected area.
Can you provide treatment records and vendor documentation?
We can discuss service reports, pest activity records, product documentation, recommendations, certificates of insurance and reasonable facility-specific requirements. Share your vendor requirements when requesting an evaluation.
Do you participate in competitive bidding?
ATC does not currently participate in traditional commercial bidding or lowest-bid contract programs. We evaluate the property and price the service needed to manage it properly.
What if pest activity continues after service?
Contact us with the location, timing and details of the activity. We will review the treatment, expected response and follow-up needs. Any included visits or protection benefits depend on your agreed commercial service terms.
Can I send photos of the problem?
Yes. Use the request form below to upload photos and describe the property, pest activity and any access or treatment restrictions. Avoid including private patient, employee or tenant information in photos.
