We don’t believe in treating every property the same. Your technician evaluates the pest, property and conditions before determining the appropriate approach. After service, you’ll receive documentation explaining what we observed, what was performed and applicable product and safety information.

What pests does ATC treat?
We handle common household and structural pests, including ants, cockroaches, spiders, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, carpenter bees, stinging insects, stink bugs, flies, termites, bed bugs, and more. Specialized wildlife services are also available. Honey bees are handled through identification and appropriate referrals; ATC does not exterminate honey bees.
How much does pest control cost?
Pricing depends on the pest, property, conditions, and level of service. Contact ATC to discuss your situation and the options that make sense before scheduling treatment.
Do you offer one-time service and ongoing plans?
Yes. We offer One-Time services, Annual Protection, and Quarterly Protection Programs. We’ll explain the scope, benefits, and terms of the recommended service.
What should I know if I have children or pets?
Tell us before your service. Your technician considers occupants, pets, the treatment area, and conditions when developing the plan. Follow the preparation instructions provided for your specific treatment.
Can I send you a photo?
Yes. Upload photos through the request form below and tell us where you found the insect or signs. A photograph may help with identification; an inspection or specimen may still be needed. Please make sure your picture is clear and has a common item such as a quarter to show scale. If your can’t see it, neither can we.
How soon can you help?
Call (717) 876-8851 to discuss current availability. Our regular hours are Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., and our emergency line is available 24/7. Same-day emergency services are available. **Emergency services include stinging and biting pests.**
